Buffalo Wild Wings

I'm not very happy. I went there with my family to enjoy the buy one get one. In Oklahoma where I'm from I would buy 1 large order of wings and they would charge me half price. So with that being said I orders 3 large order of wings. After waiting a while our food finally got out to the table. I noticed it was a lot more than normal. Well.... it was. They charged me for 3 large orders of wings and gave me an additional order to each one for free. So instead of the $30 I planned on spending. I ended up paying $73 and some change. Even after asking the waitress and explaining how we did it back home, there was no attempt to try to make it better. So no cool.

Weekend craving wings, B-dub's is there place to go when traveling. Consistent, always spot on. The staff could use some training about smiling and greeting tables. If you're going to be a server, strive to be the best server in the world. I generally tip 20% or more, but out server got 15% because she would disappear for 10-15 minutes. Drinks go fast when eating hit wings. Aside from that, I love this place.

I would love to give you a review.Walked in sat by the host. Waited 15 minutes then left. Not one interaction other than servers walking by avoiding eye contact. Not the first place I would recommend.Your response below shows you care.I will delete in 3 days. No phone call necessary

Honestly would have been a 5 star rating if my order would not have been messed up. I never give a 5 rating to a chain. We have been in quarantine 6 weeks and we haven't ordered any takeout, but had a rough day and decided to order out. I also usually don't eat meat but wanted to splurge. Ordered bogo traditional wings (Asian zing and spicy garlic) but we got 2 spicy garlic instead of slit order. The rest of our order was correct and it was delivered fresh and delicious. It's just frustrating, I have to say 60% of the time my order is wrong when ordered to go (not just this location, Buffalo wild wings in general) and I keep making the same mistake. Next time I will just order somewhere else or just cook at home.

Food was decent with ample seating & fun sporty ambiance for game nights.HORRIBLE service!Our server was all about the big party and our order was neglected and he forgot our order at one point.Nachos would have been better if he remembered that we ordered with Chicken instead of Beef chili.Then, we asked 3 TIMES for plates/boats so we can actually start eating our dinner!The place is clean but the management is poor.We heard another family complaining and the servers were too busy running around and manager never showed up. I guess he was too busy as well.My advice, if you like BWW try a different location.Management is clearly lacking skills here.

I’ve always had great service and I like the servers, they make you feel at home. I have a question though, when are you opening for dining, I’ve been going to Hurricanes bar and grill, even though they do a good job, I miss my Bdubs. So come on man, let’s go !!! - Thanks, Ron Rat

Location is going to be busy in some situations but when we went it was not that bad. They switched up some items on the menu and specials. So if you have not been in a while heads up. The boneless wings for me are better but that is my opinion.
